In NY you can complain about “sewer service” to the AG, I’m sure you’ve seen the posts about their investigation and the 100,000+ vacated judgments. If the process server was registered, you can complain to that agency.

You might also post specifics about the false affidavit of service, the process server’s name and try to find others who were not served. The more people complain and PURSUE process servers, the better the chance you prevail.

You can probably also sue the process server if you can PROVE that you were not served. Maybe you can prove that you were somewhere else at that time, maybe his description of you is wrong, etc.

If you think that is bad, add Robert E. Judge (44 Court Street Brooklyn, NY) to the list of attorneys that do not serve their target with notices in order to obtain a default judgement. Dishonest practices like this should be penalized and attorneys who behave like this should be disbarred. Either the US Postal Service is lying or Robert Judge who called himself a “dirty attorney” is lying — he actually used this term when I said he did not mail any notices and his affidavits were false. Are you calling me a “dirty attorney” was his statement. His words. If the shoe fits, wear it should have been my answer. Fact is that he did not serve, his process server did not serve and they provided false affidavits. Robert E. Judge also failed to send us his response but has the audacity to look at us in the face and say “I sent it I don’t know why you did not get it” Probably the same reason we did not receive any other prior notices — they were not mailed. Despicable disgusting low class behavior! How do I report a process server for filing a false affidavit and perjury?

CAROL CAN HOUTEN CONTINUE TO COMMIT FRAUD BY SUBMITTING MOTIONS WHEN IN FACT A CASE IS BEING MEDIATED . THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW AND SHE WILL BE REPORTED TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE.

i am paying this company and i thought it was my bill i never had a mastercard but the one with my bank i have all my receipet’s for paying theses people if i can get my money back i would like to get it i could use it if i don’t pay them they call and me all the time

If I had more time, I’d draft the complaint about McCumber’s false affidavit of service for my client, but occasionally I have to do some PAID work. I sure would like to see a real investigation by the AG, maybe on a slow day …

You failed to do so.

It’s pretty clear who the “nasty, mean spirited human being” is.

I help people who were defrauded and exploited, you help scum sucking bottom feeding collection lawyers like Cohen & Slamowitz.

I post the truth for the public to read and I provided you with a platform at MY site to post the “PROOF” you alleged to have and to answer a few questions.

You didn’t answer a single question and you posted NO proof. Instead, you claim to have provided your “documentation” to a lawyer.

You threatened not only me, but also the debtor.

You attempted to “out” him to the public by posting his name and full address.

What do you intend to do when you visit the debtor at his home?

NY Mafia style gun to the head? Are you process servers or gangsters?
