Thanks for that, Finances are shot. (Have an extra issue posted asking about filing bankruptcy before or soon after divorce.) Young children are involved. I’m seeking to determine out the ideal way to go about this horrible occasion – in the most affordable way. (lowest priced) There won’t be custody concerns or anybody trying to just take all away from the other. It would be non-contested and amicable. Remember to advise your strategies/skills about how to do a divorce while not dragging it out and how to do it inexpensively. Thank you.

Capital One filed two lawsuits against me and they were dismissed.

I just saw this old comment from March and decided to approve it now since the litigation is resolved. But I deleted the contact info because my site is not a lead generation site for scammers who will try to sell my readers crappy debt settlement etc. services.

And I do not call readers privately. Due to the LACK of donations I simply don’t have time. At least 50 million Americans could use my help, but I don’t live off air and I limit personal services to paying clients. And I don’t even call clients. If it’s important, put it in writing. If it’s not important, save your money. Sorry!

This settlement turned into a giant scam. I received a notice several months ago about CHANGES in the settlement and it looks like most people get NOTHING unless they submit documentation. I meant to post about it and still have the notice somewhere on my desk, but it’s just so depressing.

We’ve been very busy building our new hoophouse and there just haven’t been enough donations for me to want to spend 5 or more hours reading and analyzing court documents and getting depressed and angry.

I deleted your phone number because I don’t want scammers contacting you. And obviously I can think of a lot more fun things to do than to work for others free of charge, explaining this most unpleasant stuff

President Obama’s deficit reduction plan would allow collectors to call the cellular phones of people who are past due on government backed loans. These debts contain most mortgages, back taxes and federal student loans. Debt collectors are only able to call home telephones currently.
