I’ve been trying to help a client who got scammed by the fraudulent Federal Debt Relief System (FDRS).

Cohen & Slamowitz sued him for a Citibank account and I contacted them, informed them of the fraud and requested Citibank’s assistance with legal action against FDRS, owner Mark Cella and other key personnel. I also informed Cohen & Slamowitz that the Affidavit of Service contained an incorrect date of service.

Cohen & Slamowitz ignored me.  My client filed his motion to dismiss and all documents, including Cohen & Slamowitz attorney Van Houten’s response to the motion to dismiss, are posted at the new blog:

Do you get a pen and paper in jail?

I’d love to have a few weeks to write a book about how I got railroaded in Arapahoe County Kangaroo Court, to prepare my Open Letters to the Colorado State Bar, to whoever is in charge of the Colorado courts, to all the major news outlets, etc. etc. etc.  I could stay busy for months.

But, I do have an unfinished house, dogs and of course clients who depend on me. So I’ll do what I can to stay out of jail and the good doctor is really no longer relevant.

This is about corrupt courts, judges and attorneys and about that fact that the TRUTH counts for nothing in American courts.

If you haven’t been following this case, PLEASE read ALL court filings and exhibits if you have lots of time. If you’re busy, just read my response to the contempt motion and Exh. A: the TRANSCRIPT of judge Rafferty’s findings at the 11/19/10 hearing.

While I strongly disagree with some findings, I fully complied with judge Rafferty’s order to the best of my ability.  Ripoff Report has a “no deletion” policy and I TOTALLY support this policy.

We MUST be able to publish the TRUTH!

I might go to jail, but I’m confident that ultimately something good will come of it.

Wish me luck, read the filings and if you have a few dollars to spare, please donate.   Unfortunately EFF and the other free speech organizations will not help me until we are in a higher court.  A year ago an attorney wanted $7,000 to represent me.  By now there are so many filings to review, it’ll probably cost more than that just to look at the case.  So I’m on my own until will get to the appeals court or supreme court.

The extreme prejudice of the Colorado courts against pro se litigants:

My motion for electronic filing — denied today.

There’s no better way to experience prejudice than to be pro se in a court.

Unlike federal courts, the general public and pro se litigants do NOT have access to the online documents in Colorado. Of course it makes sense that a corrupt court does not make its corrupt rulings available to the public.

I am more motivated than ever to expose thugs in robes and lawyers like Irving Johnson.

I realize now how important it is to have a network of free speech activists who will republish TRUE information ordered deleted by corrupt judges. I’m going to set up a NEW blog to feature gripe sites and since I can’t write about my own case, I’ll write about THEIR issues and litigation.

I also hope to write about attorney Johnson’s OTHER litigation.

He specializes in defending malpractice suits and I’d like to post the cases and what happened.   It is quite likely that he achieved his victories through the same intimidation and harassment tactics as in my case and I hope that other victims will contact me.

It is simply not acceptable to have scum sucking bottom feeding lawyers “cleaning up the internet” through harassment litigation.

We can NOT allow attorneys to have the TRUTH removed from the web through intimidation and abuse. They need to learn that these harassment suits will get them and their CLIENTS the publicity they receive.

WE have the POWER!

They have the money and they own the courts, but we outnumber them!    Court orders ONLY apply to people who were SERVED with the order.

I’m aware of efforts to set up servers in other countries so that American courts can not have TRUE publications deleted.

And while I always thought that people should be able to identify themselves when making TRUE statements or when expressing their opinons, I’ve learned that it takes MANY thousands of dollars to defend yourself and as you can see, you might even go to jail for stating the TRUTH.

Stephen Snyder, Allen Michael credit repair, demanded deletion of a page with HUNDREDS of negative comments about his now defunct Bradley Ross credit repair company.

Most recently, Learned Jeremiah Hand and Wellstone Filter Sciences, Inc. sued me because I posted my extensive research of the Wellstone Filters penny stock.

They are learning that filing harassment lawsuits results in the publicity they deserve.

In December, BBVA Compass manager Mark Huling threatened to sue me if I post his name on the web. That’s why Mr. Huling is featured here and the blog about the BBVA Compass decision to close my accounts without notice due to my publications is COMING SOON.

For 8 years I documented judge and attorney corruption and that regulators primarily regulate the flow of $$$ from the people to bankers, major corporations and persons with influence.
