December 2011: Stephen Snyder bankruptcy seminar locations and Stephen Snyder update

Defrauded Bankruptcy Advisers and Junior Partners have been posting about the next round of Stephen Snyder bankruptcy seminars.  Apparently, Snyder refuses to tell then WHERE the seminars are.  He must be afraid of a “demonstration” outside.

So please post the LOCATIONS of upcoming seminars here.   I hope that some people will put SIGNS on cars parked at the hotel or just outside to warn attendees.

Also, apparently Stephen Snyder didn’t have enough cash to have the long promised and overdue books printed. So he is now ordering just a few copies of the books to hype at the seminars.

To date, nobody seems to know exactly HOW the BKAs and JPs are supposed to sell these books and how much they will earn.

Do they have to order and pay for books from Snyder?

If so, at what cost?

What will their profit be?

Tip of the day:

Never sign a contract with nothing but YOUR obligation to perform and pay money as described here:

I am in search of the site that was used to check on credit report, free of charge. Mr. Snyder has given it before in his newsletters and such, but in need of a site that does not cost.

      Can anyone help?

Please check the posts at and you MUST read if you’re interested in credit scores.

There’s no such thing as “free” credit reports, but there are lots of free trials and you have to CANCEL on time to prevent charges.

The only website which provides truly free credit reports from all three credit reporting agencies is You can download all three reports one time in a 12-month period, but you can download additional copies for a fee.

Sorry Anton, the so-called “free” annual reports are NOT free. They allow the credit bureaus to extend the time to investigate disputes to 45 days. So these “free” reports are costing you 15 days which can result in homes LOST due to mortgage declines or higher interest rates costing borrowers TENS of thousands of dollars over the life of a mortgage.

Additionally, I would have to charge hundreds of dollars more to utilize these reports for clients who are interested in FICO scores (the scores MOST lenders use and required for just about ALL mortgages) and no matter how many hours I waste on these reports, I still wouldn’t have the FICO score factors.

Occasionally I recommend that a client order these “free” reports if time is NOT of essence and we don’t care about credit scores. They are also a MUST order if you are going to sue a credit bureaus, creditor or collector for FCRA and/or FDCPA violations.

A quick update. I recently tried to order my own free annual reports because I needed the CRA direct reports for litigation. NONE of the credit bureaus gave me online access and I ended up having to use trial subscriptions to get my reports online.

When you are suing a credit bureau or creditors/collectors you really need the reports issued directly by the credit bureaus.

Soooooo glad that I googled “Stephen Snyder Bankruptcy”. I had absolutely no idea on earth that the man who I was seeking out in an effort to get Bankruptcy/credit repair info was a fraudster scammer. Soooooo incredibly happy that I saw this information online before I lost my hard earned money. I simply cannot afford to be defrauded. All I ever wanted was for a “legitimate” professional to explain to me what I need to do to get my financial life back in order after my bankruptcy was discharged a year ago. I was sooooo excited and happy to be embarking on getting some new information that would help me improve my life. Wow! What a let down. Soooo glad I didn’t get suckered.I sincerely hope everyone gets their money back. It takes a real callous person to take advantage of people who are already vulnerable and feeling like there is no hope due to having to file bankruptcy in the first place. Thank you so much for taking the time to alert the public about a gross injustice being perpetrated against innocent, vulnerable people who are simply looking for a ray of hope after filing bankruptcy. I sincerely hope that I end up watching an episode of “American Greed” which features Stephen Snyder being sentenced and lead off to prison in handcuffs.

Marie, much appreciate your posting. It’s good to know that people find the truth about Snyder.

And you really shouldn’t have to pay ANYBODY to get your “financial life back in order.” What kind of advice are you looking for?
