Here we go again! Stephen Snyder hard at work.
This is really a two part scam:
- Selling these “territories” to new suckers
- Selling the totally overpriced books to people who filed for bankruptcy. The “new” books are slightly updated versions of old newsletters and reports that NOBODY needs!
Here is the letter Snyder sent to the people who already fell for SCAM #1:

And here is the form they are supposed to fill out with an additional check box and option I just added:

If I had been defrauded by Mr. Snyder, I would have sued him and his companies a long time ago for breach of contract.
So I added the checkbox and option:
“Please REFUND $____ by ____ to avoid legal action for breach of contract.”
In Arizona I can sue OUT OF STATE defendants and have them served USPS certified for about $35. No legal skills required, it’s a simple one page form. California has similar law.
Lawsuits should be POSTED on the web so that EVERYBODY who does a web search for Snyder can see how he operates. And if you can get a judgment against him, he can’t discharge it since he already filed for bankruptcy recently, so chances are that he’ll eventually pay.
Add whatever YOU feel comfortable with as your 5th option to Stephen’s form, fax or email it to him and make sure you get proof of receipt.
And if you are willing to spend hundreds of dollars on Snyder’s books, you’re on your way to the next bankruptcy — just like Stephen Snyder. Unlike most people, he knows how to live like a playboy while in bankruptcy and that COULD be an interesting book.
This hits it right on the head, eh Stevo?

To all JP’s and BKA’s – We each need to file a complaint with the FTC- go to FTC.gov – fill out the request and keep you case # handy – this is interstate fraud and the more people that file across state lines – they will start to investigate Stephen and his BOGUS companies. They will get all Federal Agencies involved as necessary.
You know old Stevo is at it again. He’s promising to re-launch (even though this scam never launched in the last 3+ years) his BKA and JPO scam in June. He’s even having a call on June 1. When I get the number I’ll pass it along……and I’ll be sure to record the call which is legal in my state Stevo.
By the way BKAs and JPOs, what original, exclusive material are you going to sell when he is publishing every thing on Amazon????
