Stop Corrupt Judge Joseph Buckner

Judge Joseph Buckner in North Carolina is running for reelection this November.  Not only do I plan to get him off the bench, but I hope to see him imprisoned due to his misconduct.

I had NO idea why judge Buckner ignored the facts when penny stock fraudster Jeremiah Learned Hand and Wellstone Filters sued me to have “all references” to them, Jehu Hand, Anthony Cerami, et al deleted.

Judge Buckner was sued by his judicial assistant for sexual harassment. From her complaint:

… In April of 1997, Buckner became furious with his computer and was about to smash it into the wall. Plaintiff attempted to explain to him that he could use his Dictaphone instead of the computer to create documents that she could then transcribe for his use. Buckner, who at the time of Plaintiff’s comments had been seated behind his desk, ran around his desk, placed both hands on his genitals, while fully clothed, and exclaimed, I’ll show you a god-damned Dictaphone!” …

Incredibly, judge Buckner settled and was NOT removed from the bench!

Attorney Betsy Wolfenden also sued him, the NC State Bar and several attorneys and I will write in much more detail about her case ASAP.  It is mind boggling to read her complaint and to see what goes on in courts.  I thought I got railroaded in judge Buckner’s kangaroo court because I didn’t have an attorney.  I now realize that I would have had to retain a more INFLUENTIAL attorney.

I have never heard of a lawyer suing a judge and the Bar and I just wish there were more attorneys with the guts to take a stand.

I’ve had ENOUGH of crooks in robes and scum sucking, lying lawyers.

It’s about time that WE THE PEOPLE take back the courts and create JUSTICE.
